The food quality and taste is very good, hygiene well maintained. Service also very pleasing. Need to pay attention on the electrical gadgets. As the refrigerator is not working in the room no. DX3. A different location may be with a proper view of the hills would be preferrable.

Excellent hospitality and caring staffs. Special thanks to Bhuvan Restaurant and chef Devendra who took special care for proving excellent food. I can’t stop here need to thank the front office executives shakily and Ankush for special assistance. Keep up the good work.

I enjoyed the stay here in sterling lonavala..One of the best thing here is awesome food... Thanks to Chef Devendra, Restaurant ***ager Bhuvan and team for serving tasty food.😋 Rooms also good for 2 person and having good room services...

The ambience at the hotel resort is too good and food is simply superb and extremely delicious. Most importantly the staff is very Co Operative...and special mention to Bhuvan and Umesh for their always smiling and best of the services.Thank You.

We visited Sterling Lonawala on 20 Feb 2023. Sorry for the late review. Though resort is small but still enjoyed. Amazing hospitality by Chef Mr. Rajan . awesome chef and felt really welcoming...we enjoyed tastiest food ever. ***i kabab is special mention... After 1 year also taste is lingering..

Excellent service at sterling, staff behaviour was so homely, they put so much efforts to make us comfortable. I would like to specially thank Mr. Kush (chef) who customized and made us the delicious fish curry as we wanted, absolutely awesome. Mr. Bhuvan(chef) who attended to all our food needs with so much warmth. Mr. Ankush (***ager) who always tried his best in all situations to make us comfortable and give us the best package and service and lastly to Ms. Saily ( Receiptionist) who was all time helping, she splly for my paragliding experience. I thank all of you, great hospitality, keep it up 👍👍

Excellent Resort at Lonavala. Well furnished rooms, play area, swimming pool, banquet hall. The staff is very courteous, they make sure to put every single effort to ensure Customer Delight. Check in was smooth, service is excellant. Sayali at reception was very helpful. Bhuwan at resturant & banquet made his best effort to make our 3 days event successful. I would surely visit again and recommend my friends Sterling Lonavala.
