Great service, we had an issue with our room but it was Swiftly fixed without hassle.
Covid cleanliness was good, saw the staff constantly cleaning and sanitatizing throughout our stay
Would stay there again.

Our room had a massive leak in the bathroom ceiling that had clearly been there for some time and not properly fixed. We had to ask to change rooms which is a pain after unpacking with two kids. The pool are was extremely hot and hard to enjoy. My kids asked to leave because they couldn’t even breathe. Nearly all of the food was empty at breakfast. The lack of regular height tables to eat at was odd. They were mostly coffee table height. Overall, wouldn’t recommend & wouldn’t stay again.

Pleasant stay- wall are quite thin so easily hear what your neighbours are doing. Gym equipment needs some repairs. Breakfast was good with a different variety daily.

This was my first stay at a Hampton Inn. There are a lot of hotels to choose from in London and many of them are located in and around each other. Glad I chose this one.
We received a warm welcome and check in was completed quickly. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and I loved the layout (we were in a king room). No parking charges is a bonus. Also a bonus was the free breakfast, which was not just your typical continental breakfast full of carbs, as they had hot items like eggs, turkey sausages, oa**eal and a waffle station. Coffee/tea bar was also available 24/7. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
