Spacious, bright and very comfortable. The transportation is convenient.

It was a shady store. They broke the glass shade of a floor lamp and confiscated all the deposits. They also said that if you broke my TV or washing machine, we would only charge you a 200 pound deposit.

The facilities and environment are very satisfactory, and the transportation is very convenient. Will stay again next time!

General health and convenient transportation

My girlfriend and I have stayed here many times over the past year, and it instantly became our favourite place to stay when we want to see each other. As we are long distance and don’t live together, this property gives us an amazing bathroom, kitchen, living area, and an amazing view from the balcony which we admire every time. Watching the night lights of London from 30 stories high listening to our favourite music and maybe a takeaway is the perfect evening. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing experience start to finish. Staff were very accommodating and answered all of my requests. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning. Would 100% be staying here again. The view is phenomenal even on the 30th floor. Good amenities nearby.

We had a great stay here … we would stay there again . It was spacious, modern and clean .. only thing they don’t make accommodations for early check ins which was unfortunate for us because we arrived way before 3pm. They didn’t even try to accommodate for our luggage

The apartment is big and clean. There's washer and dryer, and a small kitchen, which I appreciate. The view was lovely. The only problem was the bathroom. The bathtub is rather high to climb over. There wasnt a safety handrail or any kind of support that we can hold on to. My husband and I both slipped several times throughout our stay, getting in and out of the bathtub, even though we put down the non slip mat. Obviously the non slip mat wasn't working very well. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I would have given it a perfect score if its not for this issue.

We had the most exquisite experience at city space acton. The environment and everything in it was well planned out, also the train station being a 2 min walk from the complex was a big plus. Will be booking again everytime I stop in London. 100/10

Since I booked this through **********, I was disappointed when I realized this is not a hotel, it is a corporate Air BnB. As such, do not expect the usual small hospitalites hotels extend such as early check in or bag storage. They say they can do early check in on a case by case basis if you let them know at time of booking, but I was told check in is strictly from 3pm to 8pm so make sure to plan your itinerary around that. The flat is in a new build and has no signage to let you know which door go in but they do send a picture on an email of the view you'll see as you approach the door. The building is still under construction, though this was not an issue on our floor (32nd floor). It is a building occupied by mostly college age tenants (who do smoke **** on their balcony so heads up if you don't like the smell) and does indeed have lifts, so the info on ********** isn't fully accurate. Another inaccuracy appears to be with the deposit policy and amount. I received an email via Hotels.com's app messenger 5 days before my trip stating I needed to pay a £200 "refundable" deposit or my trip would be cancelled. I thought this was a mistake, as I had already paid the £800+ for the trip at booking (about 3 months prior) and thought that was included in the pricing. Also, the website (and all other 3rd party booking sites that I googled) stated the deposit was £50 and would be taken upon arrival, not 5 days prior. After several more highly suspect exchanges in the chat, I relented and paid. We left the space tidy and have received no communication from them about why we have not been refunded for this supposed security deposit. Even their own website does not specify such deposits in amount or timeline and leave the language vague in their Terms and Conditions section. Now, the chat has suspiciously no record of their end of communication (my fault for not screenshotting earlier). The space itself is fine, but I feel as though I've been scammed or at least did not receive adequate communication until too late and placed in an impossible spot. I am posting screen shots of emails, pics of how things looked on our departure, and the chat where they deleted their replies so it looks like I'm taking to myself.

This is a large property with beautiful views from the unit. Easy to access from either the Central or Elizabeth lines. Not many dinner type eateries around the area. Only downside for us was the bed, it's not tremendously comfortable.

Very clean and modern with spectacular views of London. Everything needed included , couldn't wish for better . One small point, the fridge/freezer turned itself off, even though the lights inside stayed on, ruining the food inside. Appliance manuals were inside a cupboard so we managed to rectify, but worth noting for future bookings .

Second time at CitySpace Acton and just as good as the first time. My apartment was on the 44th floor, with a west facing balcony, so I could sit out and enjoy the evening sun. Everything you'd need for a stay is there, whether you want to cater for yourself, or not. There's even a washer/dryer if you were here for a while. I hope to return here on a future visit to London.

This is a fantastic property, that I would highly recommend. Arriving at the tune (North Acton) it's about a 5 minute walk to the block. Only minor issue, is that there are no signs to stay it's Cityspace, which would be useful, but as it's new I suspect they'll get round to this. I was shown around the apartment by the Cityspace person, pointing out where everything was and worked. My apartment was on the 31st floor so a great view out over London. Everything you want for a stay is there. Lovely decor, loads of space and cupboards and drawers. I can't fault it at all. Not surprising that when I went to re-book for next week, it's fully booked. I hope I manage to find availability to come back. One thing to note is that there isn't much immediately around the area, apart from a Tesco Express and Sainsburys Local. No restaurants or pubs that I found, so best do your entertainment away before returning home. North Acton is on the Central line, so you can be in Bond Street in about 25 minutes and Shepherds Bush (Westfield etc) is only about 10 minutes away as well. I would say be sure to try it, but that might make it harder for me to get booked again.
