It would be helpful to have earplugs. You can stay in a dormitory in London at a relatively low price. It is located right next to the home stadium of the QPR soccer team.

The staff are very friendly and the environment is quiet. The location is a bit remote but acceptable. There are Tesco supermarket and Westfield nearby. Shopping is convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station.

There is a subway station about 15 minutes on foot, so transportation is good. There is a restaurant where you can cook simple dishes, and there is an outdoor terrace connected to the restaurant, so it's not bad. Considering that it's a shared bedroom, the cleanliness is above average, so it's okay to bundle alone cheaply.

Good kitchen, location near low income housing (maybe single women should avoid it), seemingly disorganized with regard to bed/room arrangements - they couldn't decide initially where I was to sleep, limited reception times so checking out and getting deposits back can be a problem. I paid to hire a locker (which was refunded) but the key which I was given could open other lockers so security-wise it was no good!

If you are allergic to cats - keep away - they let the cat sit on the kitchen table! Yuk. If you do too, this is just the place for you. In some ways its nice. Good outdoor smoking spots, set in park surroundings on two sides, big kitchen. Some of the 'rooms' are actually cubicles for 4 people, because not all the walls go up to the ceiling. This makes for a lot of noise that keeps you awake when people in neighbouring cubicles chat loudly late into the night. Yet we were told off by the manager for talking at 8.30 am as we said 'goodbye' to a room mate! Cake was not being served when we were there.

Very nice and helpful people of all ages. We stayed for two nights in a mixed dorm with two bunk mates and had no problems. There was clean facilities as well however the water in the shower was really hot. It had a big balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the weather as well.
