Location was great and the staff were friendly; however the room wasn’t the cleanest and the window in the room couldn’t be opened. Only 30 mins complimentary WiFi and then £3 per 24 hours.

The thing that bothered me was the overall cleanliness plus room was not very warm could have furnished an extra blanket.

The person at the front desk was nice and let me check in early. It was a shame that the hotel didn't have a hair dryer.

Armando and team were very accommodating to our needs, polite and understanding. Nothing was too much when asking for extra towels, tea bags and extra room cards etc. They allowed the holding of our luggage as checkout time was earlier than our departure time to go back home. Clean room with all promised facilities, very grateful as we were two young girls travelling solo for the first time in a big city and was made to feel very welcomed.

I had another nice & peaceful stay at the Travelodge hotel in Balham. The room was spacious, clean as always with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location was perfect with easy access to public transportation plenty of dining options nearby & only 5mins into Central London. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Balham.
