I am very satisfied with my stay. The staff are considerate and considerate. The front desk will help store the keys every day. I am worried that the guests will lose them. The room is cleaned and tidy every day. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is not bad. Sadly tv remote missing (!) I informed the front desk but when we returned to room at 1030pm no message or remote so not sure whether they’d looked for it or not (!)

It was amazing! So convenient for tube station (literally across the road) and a show we had booked at The Royal Albert Hall. Room was incredible and staff were so friendly and helpful. What a lovely place to stay, would happily recommend 👍

Quality furnishings and a sense of staying in a London townhouse. Ideal for an overnight business stay. The concierge surprisingly couldn't find his way to the room. VIP access a nice concept but staying as a single guest, a whole bottle of Prosecco does not feel appropriate. Why not juts offer a glass of wine, once settled in the room. - I would very much stay again...

Very friendly staffs, super helpful, you could ask them anything and they always tried to accommodate. Shower water was not hot enough, room temperature was ok. Very convenient location, subway just cross the road, bus stop is in front of the door. Lots of restaurants around within walking distance. Breakfast were delicious, except last two days, the restaurant was under renovation, we were switched to another room and so we did not have many choices.
