Value for money, great location, communal kitchen, laundry room and baggage storage. The ratio to beds and shower rooms can be a problem at peak times but still manageable with patience. Caged lockers underneath the bunk bed is available, be aware it won't fit a typical large travel case, bring your own lock and bath towel to save a few £. Look forward to coming here again in the future, staying here saved myself some £ as I walked to most places of interest.

Good location but the lift was broken

Facilities: The eight-person female dormitory is very clean. It is close to the road and not noisy. It is very quiet. The bathroom is also clean and the shower water is very good, but there is water on the floor when taking a shower. After taking a shower, you have to sweep the water, which is not convenient for the next person. The kitchen is great and you can cook. It is so convenient. Everyone consciously cleans the bowls and basins. The business cleans the kitchen regularly. It is very clean, cleaner than your own kitchen! Hygiene: The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, and the sheets and quilts are clean Environment: Convenient transportation, close to the supermarket. I will choose this one next time I go to London. Service: Warm and thoughtful, very satisfied

Good service and hygiene, but the room is small

The room is good, there is no elevator, the service is very good, the guests are friendly, they answer every question, and they are always considerate of customers
