Slept in hat and gloves last night. No one to contact as no electric in the bathroom and the bathroom fan is loud and won't switch off. Worst night sleeo ever. Noise from doors banging all night. No smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector in the rooms. Drafty, cold, awful smell of airfreshner you can't escape. 2 rooms in a week, electrical problems on both days. Shower didn't drain and the shower head needed a really good clean. Fridge is rusty and didn't work. ** avoid if you want to sleep and be warm ** Location is the only great thing about these rooms.

i stayed at this hotel on the 12th december and it was booked last minute for my wifes birthday. to my surprise it was a really nice hotel. the reception is next door which was a slight incovinenet but apart from that its a nice clean hotel. the rooms have been done recently and i really like the furniture they have put in and how the room has been done up, a bit of work on entrance and staff training would make it better. i stay in the area a lot and would defi recommened this hotel.

Arrived earlier than the time still checked in. Check in was very smooth. The staff was very cooperative. Booked a double room. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Room was very quite. Cleaners were very helpful gave us extra towels. As far location is concerned it's very near to many main attractions in London. Really enjoyed our trip.

We traveled with friends. Really enjoyed our time in London. The hotel was at great location. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helping and professional. I would definitely recommend you to stay here if your visiting London with friends or family.

Excellent Place to stay with your Loved one's. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. The room was warm and quite as well. Many London attractions are nearby. The cleaner did room service everyday. I really enjoyed my stay here and I'll definitely recommend it.

Hotel Staff was very cooperative. Check in was very smooth. Traveled with friends given a good big room in the same price. Needed extra towles, provided at time. Great location. Very close to Westfield and Heathrow. Very near to two tube stations.

The service at this hotel was second to none. Came here from Sydney after a long flight. The facilities were adequate. The room service and housekeeping along with laundry were efficient and professional. Should I come back to London, I shall definitely stay here again. Thank you for the experience during my stay!

Had a fantastic stay at Comfotel GRN, London! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Great value for the price. Highly recommended!
