The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of King’s Cross station. The staff were very helpful, however, the bathroom contained no toiletries and the cleanliness of the room was questionable with marks on the duvet and unclean spoons and cups for tea.

You are going to jail, my friends, one by one you should be persuaded to leave. The door cannot be locked. It is an old building, so the floor will be noisy. There is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow. It is not suitable for people with luggage. You can hear sneezing when walking next door. We are just purely scared and it is not worth the price at all...

We were in the dungeons. There was very little airflow. The shower was tiny; the room was Spartan. My son was bitten by some insects in the bed. The room was extremely hot and stuffy. Noise from the adjoining room was loud. I would not book at this place again.

Checking ok,friendly person on desk..Room very very small but was clean,as with the ensuite..Bed very squeaky,linen looked clean and fresh...Our room was opposite the gardens,is noisy at night till about 11 so either have the window open or the noisy ceiling fan on..Took ages to go to sleep as the ceiling very thin and the room above us ,person walking about for ages,which was weird considering how little floor space there actually is!!!!..I will never do a budget hotel again(2nd one)..I know you get what you pay for,but it's the fact that it's either lumpy,noisy beds or dividing walls are thin..

Very poor customer service None of them have a clue of what they are doing. I extended my stay after I confirmed with them that i will be given any room without having to wait. In the end i was kicked out of the room and sent to the basement next to their maintenance room with a terrible noise.

AVOID! Hotel is stinking. Scruffy bed, room and shower. Complementary ants crawling all over the room. my room was piss wet with water and clothes ruined. The beds are tiny and everything needs updated. Nothing done or said when we told staff about the ants. Rather sleep on the streets.
