I had a very non welcoming experience from one of the receptionists who checked me in. As I am not too pleased with the service, I would avoid taking names. A smile goes a long way! When I asked about the timing of the restaurant, I was told I have to inform 30 mins in advance, I was thinking there may be a waiting for the same. When I came down, there were legit only 2 tables. I was wondering why I had to inform 30 mins prior! Also, while checking in, I was not informed of my package, inclusions, breakfast timings, etc. It was a very uninterested check-in! I have worked in hospitality my whole life, all these are basics. I was checked in to #203 first and the toilet was filthy, not cleaned properly. I was given a second room #210, which had the same issue. Later one of the other receptionists cleaned it up, though it was not her job to do that. It should have been left clean by the people who cleared the room!!! She had been really helpful to me, hence I have added that one star in the review.
