The room is clean and I will stay there again next time

A basic but good value for money hotel. Clean bedding and towels and the room was also clean .our room was quite well decorated with wardrobe space, loo, sink and shower. tea/ coffee making facilities. There was a fan and an extra radiator so all weathers catered for. The lift looked dodgy but did the job.THis definitely needs a refurbishment. The receptionist said we could use the stairs however when we did the plasters were working and had equipment blocking the stairs which was disappointing and not good should a fire occur and the lift be out of action. That said when I checked if our tea/ coffee supplies would be replenished they made a note to ensure they would and also see to our t v which was impossible to watch . On our return all was done and in place . 1st class. They are obviously working on the place and I think it will be great budget accommodation . After a poor start we were impressed and would give it another try in future

Great hotel

It went very well, the location is truly strategic as there is the bus stop right there, and the metro is also a 10 minute walk away.

Staff were very nice, location was very good, but breakfast could be improved.

Overall the experience was poor, from the mould on the walls to the people in the room next to us shouting until 1am, every movement made whether that was above us or next to us or in the corridor we could hear. Our shower door would not close either which resulted in the bathroom being like an ice rink. The only benefit of this hotel was the fact that it was a 10 minute walk to the station. We will NOT be returning and would advise others not to as well…

Interesting place. Front reception people were lovely - friendly and helpful. Room was tiny. Could not leave suitcases out, had to pack them away all the time. Very hot room, despite it being winter and a window open. Bathroom door very noisy (middle of the night this was super annoying!). Fan in the bathroom went for 20 minutes each time the light went on. Opened a towel one day and a huge hunk of hair came out of it. Lift didn’t work for part of stay. Location was perfect though. Close to Victoria station.

Not recommended. No safe available. 10 packs of cigarettes, cash and sunglasses were stolen from our room after the first room cleaning. When we informed the hotel, there was no reaction and no compensation. They just said it was strange and there was nothing they could do. The room was on a slope and slanted. The room was very small and the hotel was over 100 years old. We had a room on the 5th floor, which meant that only a little water could be pumped up. This meant that we only had a little water for showering and mainly just cold water. The hotel is absolutely not recommended and far too expensive for what you get.

I stayed at a certain establishment on the same road last September and had a shocking stay. Huttons couldn't be more different. Quick check in, clean bright reception area. Room 111 was in basement. Triple room near the breakfast room. Only issue is TV and Internet reception very poor and bathroom extremely cold. Breakfast was first class something for everyone. No Full English but you don't need ot. Was very impressed. Overall a great stay will definitely return.

Perfekt placering, nemt til London Underground. Fik desværre ikke ordnet sengetøj en eneste gang på 4 overnatninger - man skal åbenbart hænge skiltet ud. Rigtig god morgenmad, og venligt personale
