Beautiful hotel right above Victoria Station. Complimentary mini bar replenished daily. Service staff were all very helpful and friendly though housekeeping needs some improvement.
We had returned to the room to find the hot water bottle I had used the night before, in exactly the same place i had left it when i left the room that morning, meaning the bedspread was just pulled over and smoothed out and the mini bar was not replenished that day so we had to call it in and wait almost an hour for them to come before we could get some rest for the afternoon.

The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout my stay. My room was a haven of comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the Claremont Hotel is ideal for exploring London, being so close to Victoria Station and several major attractions. This hotel is not just a place to stay but a complete experience, epitomizing London's charm and sophistication. It's undoubtedly my top choice for a luxurious and memorable stay in the heart of this vibrant city.

What let's this hotel down slightly is the attitude of the reception staff. The other staff are always very good but reception staff appear rather unwelcoming and quite miserable.
When we checked in with prepaid vouchers the reception staff were rude and confused. Checking in took at least 15 minutes.
On checking out their attitude is aloof and unfriendly.
On the whole our stay was enjoyable and very convenient for Victoria Station.
We would stay again.

The hotel location is good but very very poor service, lazy staff, we are having 5 luggages n no body help us to bring inside the hotel for check in, the staff Karen is somehow very poor service, we were told to wait for email once the room is ready but nobody contacted us
