Hotel with MICE!
Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The hotel independently canceled breakfast and gave us a small refund.
There were several MICE in the room! I complained to the administrator several times, but he did nothing. Our room number was 103.
Also in the room there was a very small broken shower stall.

Basement room given and not very helpful as subway train sounds can be heard .location is ideal however heater and telephone were not working , staff on duty called Stan could not rectify the issue and they did not offer a room change

The price was reasonable although it's located in london. However, single room as well as corridor were so small. There were no shampoo and hair dryer, which was so inconvenient.

came hours before check in time to drop our luggages, there's a luggage store provided for free. great service by staff and the room is spacey. pretty and clean area of location too!

Easy location for exploring London, but noisy next the the train line and a bit run down. Beds not super comfortable and we had quite a few issues with the shower - but ok value for money overall.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. We arrived early and were allocated early check in for no extra cost. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovations so we were given £20 refund for breakfast. The customer service was lovely and nothing was too much. The room was small but cosy, comfy bed, nice toiletries and complimentary toothbrush’s were a nice touch. Location was amazing 2 minute walk from Earls Court station and loads of restaurants and cafes which were lovely. Definitely recommend Paul’s Patisserie for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again
