Great hotel opposite King’s Cross station. Ideal for a one night stay before getting an early morning Eurostar. Staff friendly and accommodating. I had a very heavy bag so they put me in the only ground floor room they had due to rhem not having a lift:  Room was spacious, clean, with a kettle, fridge, tv and en suite. Bed was very comfy. There was a low rumble of train nose but this didn’t bother me once I put my loop earplugs in. I had a good nights sleep refreshed for the next days travel. Would recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

Had to book this hotel last minute because of train cancellation. For the price, really can't complain at all. Clean room with comfortable bed, fresh towels with hot shower and AC with heat mode. It's literally 2-3 mins walk from St Pancras International which was what I needed. Front desk manager was friendly and respectful too. Would definitely stay again

Location is right next to St. Pancras and King’s Cross station, convient for those who need to travel with international railway for a 1 night stay. However, the hotel itself did not seems very safe for solo travellers. Room door can be shut yet you can see through outside with a gap, privacy is a concern here !

Firstly, they couldn't find any reservations they finally gave us a room with a view of kings cross. Perfect location for st pancras and kings cross, multiple restaurants, fast food chains. The room for 3 adults was very small, and I couldn't open the window as secondary glazing falling out with a large gap . Wooden window was mouldy dusty and with a crack in the pain. The curtains were dirty also. Toilet leaked all over bathroom floor this room had not seen a duster in quite sometimes. There was no sink plug, and the tv would not turn off. I asked the night desk person for a few more pillows as they were extremely thin and some. Batteries for remote he said he would bring them up, but there were no more pillows. Three hours later, another member of the party and I went back and again requested he said he thought i was coming back for Batteries however he still didn't have them ready?? After another member of the party stated this and that more pillows were needed again and a sink plug would be nice. He appeared a little while later with all of the above and pillows. There is no parking outside this hotel, so we parked at the ncp Kings cross 8 min walk £24.00 24h.
