The hotel lobby is quite high-end, but the room is not very ideal. Because a large area of metal is used, there are obvious rust spots. I talked to the staff and they said it was their design. I also visited other rooms and they all had them. I didn't like it very much. I had high expectations for this hotel. In addition, the bathroom only has a bathtub. You need to pay attention to safety when entering and exiting the shower. It would be better if you can accept it. Because for the same price, you can live in wild luxury in China. If you want to experience the culture of South Kensington, you can just take pictures outside. The room is very small and there are no pleasant memories. There is no free water in the room. Maybe I didn't find it. And it's been a week since I left the hotel, and the deposit has not been refunded. I called the bank and the hotel, and they both said it was the other party's problem. The hotel is very close to Harrods, you can just walk there. However, they asked for a service fee when you checked out. The hotel's laundry service was also good. The air conditioner in the room was broken, but at least it wouldn't dry if you didn't turn it on.
