We had a great time. The hotel was very nice. Most of the staff was wonderful!! The late night lady was very rude and unfriendly!!

I had booked a Jr suite.
Upon arrival the front desk told me that no suites were available for my stay and I had to settle for a standard room.
I would have explored other properties to stay had they been forthcoming with the status of my booking.

We were here for one night and the accommodations were lovely. The room was clean and luxurious. The only issue we had was with the evening / overnight staff. We had called a couple times for various things / questions and were dismissed and asked "what?" When they answered the call. The TV lost service (we learned all the rooms did) and when we called they seemed annoyed with us. Usually the staff is much friendlier and patient. Other than that the stay was relaxing and nice.

Extremely rude staff, especially Andrew, General Manager. Since we booked through a third party (*******) they lied to us and said they had no electric so they wouldn't have to serve us. Then they refused to approve ******* refunding us when they wouldn't let us check in. Horrible!
