作為酒店，是為住客提供方便，這家酒店為住客創造了很多困擾。
首先這家酒店位置十分偏僻，兜了好多圈。
其次進園區被保安攔下，交800按金才讓進。前台説是為了保障入住，而我已經提前為房間付過款，並且人在門口了。
這些訂房時都沒有提前和主動告知。且在我致電向前台諮詢時，前台説不想住可以退款，但我訂房不就是為了住宿嗎？
幫父母代訂，本人沒有到場，設施和環境不太清楚，人文差評。

酒店很好，環境也沒的説，就是位置有些偏僻，而且進出都需要提前和前台打好招呼，退房的時候還需要查驗環節。
