OMG the hotel was perfect!!! The location was excellent. The secure parking offered for 20 bucks a night was great. The only thing we felt it was a little unsafe when the sun went down. But we made it a point to be back early and start our day early. Would def book again!

It was amazing and highly accessible stay. We had a short stay so could not check room service but had really good experience on accessibility. Its a walk across the Venice beach and a short ride away from Santa Monica. Also had small grocery markets nearby and surprise starbucks right across! Room was convenient too and our family enjoyed our stay. All in all a good experience!!

Beautiful view from 2nd floor corner suite. Rooftop terrace perfect for grilling and relaxing. Such an expensive area so we grocery shopped and cooked alot in the room and on the roof. Front desk people were so nice and helpful. Right on the boardwalk so dont try to nap during the day, but the nightlife noise ends at dark, although it starts back up early morning. We had windows open so probably less noisy with them down. Only complaint was the shedule set on the a/c and lights. Lights came on at 3am 1st night. I shut it off somehow and never had issue again. I could have asked for instruction on how to use it but never did, no fault of the hotel. Homeless people never bothered us, once again no fault of hotel for them being out on the boardwalk all night and day. Would definitely stay again! Ideal location.

- It is very expensive for what it is.
- No parking place, no dining place.
- 2-3 * room furnitures
- they have only 1 receptionist who didn't even move from his chair and told that the lift has a technical problem.
We had to carry ourselves our 3 luggages.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel sits right on the boardwalk! Very happy with our first floor room as it was clean and felt new and fresh, with a nice size and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a separate room for the bed and tv. The staff was helpful and friendly, lending us Beach towels to watch the sunset on the expansive beach right across the board walk. You can find parking on the street, but we opted for the overnight parking a few blocks away, at a hefty $60 price tag. We enjoyed a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance, including Sol Agave and Great White. We also walked the boardwalk down to Santa Monica and on up to the Venice Canals. We enjoyed our overnight stay!

We stayed in an ocean-facing unit with our 1 year old. The property far exceeded our expectations. The unit was beautiful with its exposed brick and windows facing towards the ocean and walkway. It was clean and the perfect setup for us. You are right on the walkway which is packed with people and music, so baby’s nap time was a bit loud but we expected it. Danielle downstairs was amazing and so helpful with every request we had. Parking is a few blocks away but very manageable. And the rooftop deck was the cherry on top. We’d absolutely stay here again. Despite warnings about how unsafe Venice has become since the pandemic, it’s exactly how I remember it when we lived here five years ago. Just use common sense and enjoy it for what it is.

Friendly staff and the property on the beach. The unit come with fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker and dish washer. I will be here anytime in the future that I'm planning to visit Venice.

We did enjoy our stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful and totally enough for us. The kitchen is poorly equiped, it would be great if at least salt and pepper would be in the rooms.
The location is great, but the surroundings are loud and not safe to be outside at nighttime.
Unfortunately during our stay there were trouble with the fire alarm. First a false alarm was set off for the whole hotel. then later that night around 1 am the alarm in our room set off, also false alarm. That was a disturbing night.

Place is nice next to the beach the only problem we encountered was there is no elevator to the rooftop patio
