We were not able to stay as long as I had hope. However, hotel was decor was charming and we will stay again when we have more time.

Beautiful historic hotel. Loved it.
Coffee shop next door has brilliant coffee.
Beautiful decor is all part of the R&R. History really interesting.
Phone not answered at night at reception nor dine-in room service. We arrived close to midnight. Needed help with broken hairdryer in room, no answer so had to go to reception with wet hair and jacket over pj’s after much travel. Day staff and service friendly and top notch!

It’s an older hotel, but very convenient to The Palace. The bar and restaurant were fantastic, definitely try the hot brown.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working and the manager immediately placed us in a larger corner room faster than we could even gather our belongings! The detail to customer service is exceptional. We stayed Christmas night and dined at the lobby bar. The food was excellent as well! I have wanted to stay here for awhile and it did not disappoint!

Valet service was nice and affordable when compared to other nearby parking options. Some things were a little outdated and sound traveled through the walls and doors. Bring a white noise machine. A great stay if you're walking next door to the theater to see a show.

We checked in just after the kitchen closed. We traveled all day and hadn't eaten dinner but i was dying for the famous Hot Brown sandwich! Tonya made a special trip to the kitchen to ask if Chef Justin woild make us one...and he did! It was amazing! And they went the extra mile for us!

Such a beautiful hotel. Built in the 20’s. Service was great except Sierra at the front needs to be trained a bit better. Paid for a parking pass and she didn’t give it to us and we had to go back and get it. Also when I announced I had a reservation she said, what do you want to do? I said umm check in? Other than that room was great, and other staff were very good and helpful.

We had a great stay at The Brown! We ate at the bar and the bar tender couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. Our TV wasn’t working correctly so we called the front desk. We were impressed at how quickly the maintenance man showed up and fixed the problem. We highly recommend The Brown and look forward to our next stay.
