很適合一家老小短途度假，空氣很好，物價也便宜，服務人員也很熱情，定的竹林別墅很安靜。就是户外的池子清潔起來有點難。出酒店斜對面就是皖西大裂谷景區，下雨就沒去了，酒店也有小山，早晨起來走一走也很舒服。ps：山上綠化好用心，超級出片🤭

酒店環境整潔乾淨，房間佈局大方典雅，設施齊全，乾濕分離的淋浴系統很舒服！早餐種類也特別的多，味道也特別好！前台客服小李彬彬有禮熱情大方，給我的感覺很開心！價格也不貴，值得一提的是温泉很nice 拍照很出片，出門離公交站不遠，出行便捷！下次還會選擇這家酒店！

新開的酒店，硬件條件不錯，温泉值得推薦，餐廳飯菜口味有特色，服務上響應速度有待提高。總體感覺非常適合家庭休閑出遊。

酒店環境很舒適，剛進酒店，大堂的裝修就給人比較高級的感覺，進入房間後內部的裝修也很棒，設施齊全，床品也很乾凈東西擺放很整齊，前台的小姐姐張娟很熱心，服務周到，有需要打電話到前台幾分鐘就送來了，服務很給力，下次還會來住⭐

超級棒的一家度假酒店！推薦指數⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
前台小汪小姐姐非常熱情的接待我們，因為五一期間人多我們到時候房間還沒打掃好，等了挺長時間的，但是入住體驗真是挺不錯，温泉♨很舒服，山裡空氣很好，自助餐也挺好吃😋。下次希望訂到山頂的別墅房間 好好看一次日出🌅！

整個酒店的硬件和環境都可以，畢竟新開沒多久。可能五一假期人多，前面評價裏説入住前就有管家一路聯繫溝通的情況，我們並沒有享受到這種服務。但是對入住收按金這個行為是不太能理解的，印象中賓館收按金都是哪個年代的事了，開元旗下我們也住了不少，比開元再豪華的也不是沒住過，偏偏這家開元就是要收，問原因説是怕客人消費掛賬。這麼大個酒店……未免是不是太小家子氣了。不過有一説一，離店後主管楊麗麗進行了回訪，也對此事進行了反饋。最後上照若干，確實出鏡。

非常完美的一次出行體驗
管家楊麗麗的服務的十分貼心周到
五一黃金週期間度假區也鬆弛悠閑
離皖西大裂谷很近 可以順路去逛一下
温泉水很舒適
所有的服務人員都熱情洋溢 訓練有素 這點是我認為十分難得的 一般遠離城市的地方 服務水準一定程度上有所下降 但這家温泉酒店完全沒有
房間的電視機有故障管家也是第一時間聯繫維修
偷得浮生半日閑 不虛此行❤️
