Truly a best-in-class hotel in Luanda. Incredibly friendly, professional staff; excellent food quality (room service value is good also); really good gym; well-appointed rooms, etc. My only constructive feedback would be to integrate more robust internet connectivity - it worked really well until about 3pm or so, when guests started arriving and speed dropped. Otherwise, a 5 out of 5.

Fantastic hotel, the staff are so friendly - I was there for 4 nights and they got to know me quickly so when I turned up at the restaurant they knew my room number. The pool area is lovely and there’s always plenty of room. I used the gym which is oddly separated into two rooms but excellent standard of equipment. The room was great and I had 4 of the best nights sleeps in the most comfortable bed.

The hotel is nicely decorated, and the regular rooms are good size, quiet and well insulated. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices. The pool is very nice and well laid out. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are good quality.
