The location of this hotel is perfect- close to everything still quiet and good for relaxing time. Breakfast is amazing . Staff were helpful and friendly - we had issues with ac and took a little time but they solve it. The room is spacious and comfortable bed. We would recommend for a stay in Luang Prabang

住過的5星級酒店中，就屬這間最誇張。看似美輪美奐，實則是噩夢體驗。沒有遇到別人提到的因為在市區而吵鬧無法入眠，但是一連串的惡夢有過之而無不及。
洗澡洗到一半沒有水，以為是熱水沒了，結果是冷水也沒有，整間房間停水。跟酒店前檯反應之後，馬上才又有水？5星酒店，連穩定供水洗澡都做不到。
再來誇張的是，晚上睡覺中途起床上廁所，連燈的供電都沒了？？冷氣跟床頭燈有電可以開，但是客廳廁所門廊所有燈都無法開，沒想到要摸黑起床上廁所？早上7-8點打電話給前檯，全是無人接聽電話中。
另一個誇張，酒店換洗用品中有牙刷，然後沒有牙膏？是要拿清水沐浴乳刷牙嗎？
直接拉黑這家酒店，連3星酒店都比不上。本來要連訂3晚，慶幸自己最後只訂了1晚。

前台有兩個小哥會中文，入住非常方便，服務非常好，位置更是沒話説，應該是老城位置最佳環境數一數二的酒店了，到皇宮步行也就兩分鐘，夜市一步之遙

這是一家價格與服務背離的酒店。房間不大，服務不好，早餐一般，價格很貴。
先説好的
1，早餐時有一位女士向每位客人問好打招呼，讓人覺得很温暖。
2，中午回房酒店沒打掃，提醒服務員及時打掃，下午回房時兩點多還是沒有打掃，這時候有一位LING女士很好，及時讓服務員打掃整理，解決了我們的困擾。
不好的
1，剛入住，就在走廊裏看到一個服務員打碎了一個玻璃杯子，聲音很大，把我嚇了一跳。
2，服務員非常懶惰，每次看到他們都在三三兩兩地交談，也不及時打掃衞生。而且把屁股對着客人。
3，浴巾不及時拿來，兩天都是催了後才拿來。

阿瑟萊龍坡邦酒店曾是法國官員的宅邸，一度被安縵創始人Adrian Zecha打造為全新品牌 Azerai，其後撤牌，撤牌後慧眼識珠的美諾集團將其收歸，並於2018年3月1日，正式更名為AVANI+ Luang Prabang。“AVANI+”是美諾酒店集團旗下的品牌。
大隱隱於市的Avani就在夜市的入口處，位置優越，不論騎單車還是步行，都可以輕鬆探索琅勃拉邦這座世遺小鎮。酒店提供2公里範圍內的免費shuttle tutu接送服務。酒店門口是僧侶的必經之路，酒店也會為想要體驗佈施的賓客提供免費的糯米飯。酒店安排的房間是升級了的開放式套房，很寬敞，花園超大，歡迎水果很大份，夜床時間提供了自製的酒釀。本是很完美的一次入住體驗，最後被一個前台服務生的粗心留下小小瑕疵：Check in時已確認第二天下午4點退房，第二天12點多點此服務生致電催促退房。房間很多插頭鬆動用不了，估計得更換了。
