訂單顯示無早餐，但服務員很熱情讓我們上樓吃自助餐，看着雪山，很棒！晚上到酒店還送了小零食飲料，貼心，環境很好，服務員素質很好，停車方便，推薦

入住當天在前台説紙質發票開完了但可以看電子發票，加微信留了開票訊息後幾天都沒有消息，多次催促後回答電子發票開完了但可以開具紙質發票，又是幾天過去了沒有消息，微信不回電話不接，今晚終於接電話了，卻説現在什麼發票都沒有了要下個月税務局給他們後才能開出。這樣推三推四的是想賴賬嗎？税務局不會監管他們嗎？更氣憤的是接電話的美女口氣強硬:我沒有發票怎麼給你開？還沒等我把話説完就掛斷了電話，這是什麼態度！

環境不錯門口看着也很高檔在爐霍這個地方算很不錯了，廁所乾濕分區，就是晚上睡覺的時候不知道是什麼在震動着響廁所的排風扇也關不了。早餐很簡單饅頭雞蛋，兩三個小菜。

房間乾淨整潔，各種設施很新，與商家宣傳相冊無差別，還是地暖，五月的川西還是很冷，地暖救了老命，而且還包雙人早餐，酒店價格也不貴，真是太舒適划算了。吃早餐的時候有跟服務員聊天，她是從東北過來做志願者的，酒店老闆會把收益捐給當地學校，養老院等，是一個做善事，做實施事的酒店。值得推薦！！！真誠推薦！！！

酒店配置齊全，停車方便，前台服務再增加點温度就更好了。酒店的位置稍編，步行尋餐要走一段路。早餐很有特色，粥熬地非常地道，還配有酥油茶，最值得讚許的是餐廳服務員，聽説是義工，但無論是接待還是過程服務，都把你當家人看待，温暖感十足！

從色達下來住在爐霍真是不錯的選擇，海拔衹有3200，高反沒有什麼問題了。酒店條件挺好的，設施齊全，衞生整潔乾淨，環境也很清凈，值得推薦！

性價比超高！超級推薦！房間乾淨、中式風裝修、面積比較大、大廳和走廊看起來都很高級，看起來完全不止這個價格。（我照片沒有拍好，但是酒店太棒了必須來寫個好評）
寵物友好，酒店有個美女人特別好，晚上在停車場遇到我們就打招呼，提行李。第二天退房也一直在幫我們提行李，逗狗，超級喜歡我們家狗子，跟前跟後，我們上車了都還在摸狗狗。
早飯有酥油茶，還有月餅什麼的，真的很貼心。下次走317路過爐霍一點還住這裏。
