Although we received a gift right after check-in, the front desk staff was quite poor compared to the hotel and similar hotels. They were not enthusiastic enough and did not like to greet guests. They lacked a sense of proactive service. Surprisingly, the beautiful room cleaners on the 6th floor were very enthusiastic and proactive. They cleaned the rooms in great detail. I suggest you move them to the front desk. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple. It may be due to the hotel price. It is not a problem to eat enough. A lovely lady at the front desk assisted us with check-in, and another charming staff member brought us drinks, even reminding us that the ice cream was complimentary. The location is extremely convenient; right outside, you'll find a bus stop and Metro Exit C. It's also very close to Lijing Gate and Yingtian Gate. The hygiene was excellent; the place was impeccably clean, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The room features smart controls (Xiaodu) for the TV and lighting. The hotel itself is quite new. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Luoyang.
