The hotel provides pick up service from cable car station, it located nearby Ruqin Lake and Guling street which consider the centre of LuShan. It's easy walking from hotel to Ruqin Lake and several attractions. Good breakfast, friendly staffs and room is clean.

Very good service received from Mr Fan 范。He suggested very useful tips and itinerary to discover Lushan.Even provided send off service to bus terminal for me to catch bus down to Lushan station. The location is only 5 mins walk to Ru Qin Lake and 10mins walk to town centre.

The breakfast is rich, with both Chinese and Western food, attentive service, special car pick-up, convenient transportation, and it is next to Ruqin Lake. It is a good choice. Just because the weather changed drastically and the temperature dropped suddenly, I had to leave early. The hotel cancelled the order without saying anything. They were very concerned about the customer. I am very satisfied.

The service is very enthusiastic, the restaurant is very large, the room is quite warm, and the pick-up guys are very handsome and service-minded, not bad. Maybe it's because of the limited conditions on the mountain. The shower water is not very hot, and there is a cliff outside the room, so it can be said that there is no light. Overall, it's okay to stay for one night, but I don't want to stay for more than one night.

The air conditioning temperature is not adjustable, it was very cold for half the night. The door lock was broken and the guy came to fix it after we moved in (I think it was broken in November 24, but it was fixed only after we moved in and strongly requested it). I have to explain that the price of 528 is not cheap! By the way, the water in the wash basin needs to be left overnight. They say that if you don’t leave it overnight, the water pipes will freeze. The main thing is that if you leave it overnight, you won’t have to sleep if you have high demands on sleep quality. (My friend and I wore noise-canceling headphones to sleep because of this.)

The hotel is about 400 to 500 meters away from Guling Street. However, it is more convenient to go to Ruqin Lake and Xianren Cave. It will be quieter to stay and sleep, and it will not be noisy on the street. The hotel facilities need to be improved. The air conditioner sometimes makes noises. You need to wait for about five minutes for hot water to be heated. The balcony sliding door is a bit loose. The hotel breakfast has some local specialties and is very good. The front desk service is very good and there will be a shuttle to the transport management office to take a bus down the mountain.

Facilities: The decoration and sanitary facilities are relatively old. When checking in, the front desk gave two tips: first, the air conditioner should be turned on at 22 degrees, otherwise the outdoor unit will not work due to frost; second, a line of water should be left at the tap at night, otherwise the water pipe may freeze and break the next day. In addition, we were verbally reminded to take a shower early, otherwise the hot water would not be very hot, etc. At first I thought it might be like this everywhere on the mountain (because there was such a guiding sentence in the warm reminder), but then I thought carefully that it should not be possible for all hotels on the mountain to be like this (in fact, we did not need to pay attention to these problems at all when we changed hotels the next day), and coupled with the feeling that the interior decoration was outdated, it can be inferred that the air conditioning, hot water, faucets, etc. were all problems caused by the low cost during decoration - in fact, after we stayed for one night, the child caught a cold, and an adult traveling with us also caught a cold. Facts speak louder than words. This hotel is too cold and has poor facilities. Stay away from it. Dining: There are not many types of breakfast, and the ambient lighting is not enough, so it is dark in my impression. Second, it seemed that a new person came to the job of frying eggs and he was learning while frying eggs for customers. I just said that it is impossible to get training before taking up the job? Makes me feel unprofessional. Thirdly, the breakfast server had a bad attitude. I asked if there were any take-away boxes. He said lightly, "No." I said, "My child is sick and I need to pack up." He said nothing else, and then seemed to add, "Originally it is not possible." In this situation, no one took the initiative to show concern~ Then another waitress watched me using the toaster, and when she saw that I didn't know how to use it, she kept talking to me from a distance, saying things like "Put it in and don't move, the bottom will come out in a while" and "The bottom has already come out". Well, I was criticized for being stupid, so the other person might not think of himself as a waiter, but accidentally became a hermaphrodite teacher? Fourthly, maybe the breakfast was unhygienic. After eating the breakfast noodles, my two adults and I felt uncomfortable in our stomachs and had diarrhea that day. Front desk service: I have to say that the service attitude of the girls and brothers at the front desk is pretty good. There is a cable car shuttle service, and it is 600 meters away from Ruqin Lake. But other hotels can also achieve these. So overall, limited by the hotel's hardware facilities, I don't recommend it. I recommend to the boss: redecorate it, train the restaurant waiters, etc., and replace the people who need to be replaced.

The transportation is very convenient. There is a hospital opposite. They also provide car delivery service and Hanfu experience. These are great. Of course, there are not many choices of Hanfu, and some of the horse-faced skirts are missing straps. The restaurant's a la carte dishes were delicious and you can use ** coupons, but the breakfast was a bit hard to describe, with few choices, and three of the five of us had stomach discomfort after eating. The bathroom is very small, the shower blinds cannot be fully closed, the lighting is dim, one light is broken, and it is impossible to put on makeup in the bathroom; the breakfast area is also dim, and the pickles and seasonings for cooking vermicelli are placed naked between the chef and the guests. If the guests tell the chef that they want a bowl, they may spit on it... (I wonder if this is the reason why the three people who ate the vermicelli had stomach discomfort) Another point is that it is cold. Although there is air conditioning, the terrazzo floor on the first floor is really cold and the sound insulation is not very good, so I didn't get a good rest.

The air conditioner outdoor unit in the room was noisy... it was roaring all night long. They even asked for a deposit. I give up.

The room is very comfortable, the hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and the food in the restaurant is delicious. It is worth staying.

The hotel room is OK. The main reason for choosing this hotel is that it is very close to Ruqin Lake, which is very convenient. There are about 10 parking spaces, a public area for activities, and you can watch projected movies. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety. I ate in the restaurant next door twice. The hotel front desk gave me a coupon for 200-50. The taste was good, but there were not many dishes and the price was a bit expensive. Fortunately, I had the coupon.

This hotel is very satisfactory in all aspects. It is also very close to the tourist bus station. As soon as we got off the tourist bus in Lushan, the hotel arranged a driver to pick us up. When he heard that we were going down the mountain, he said he would take us to the tourist bus station. Next time we come to Lushan, we will stay here again.

The hotel is not located along the sightseeing bus route. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Zhengjie Station. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services. The staff is enthusiastic and provides hand-drawn maps.

The hotel service is very good, patiently answering tourist routes! The food in his own restaurant tastes delicious! We had dinner and lunch at his house! I will choose to stay at his house next time
