這是我住酒店體驗最差的一次，女老闆太沒素質，我帶着家人剛上酒店台階，他站在外面就吼：唉，你們幹嘛的，我還以為是哪個沒禮貌的人，回她當然是住宿的，不然來這幹嘛，她立馬非常兇的説，你幹嘛，我好心問你，你是住什麼酒店啊，肯定不是住我這，肯定走錯了。嚇得我退回來打開手機核對了下，核對完確認就是這家。她才幽幽的回來，一臉不相信的問訂房人的名字和電話，然後非常不爽的給我辦入住，直到帶我們到房間還一直在叨叨叨，她以為我們不是住這的，我實在生氣發了下火，我帶着家人開心的來玩，還沒進酒店就被喝止住，沒本事就不要出來做生意啊，後面我們才反應過來，是因為我們提了個蛇皮袋（那是我媽媽從老家給我帶的有機菜）所以覺得我們是應該住不起她認為的好酒店的。退一步説，即使人家走錯了，你一個開店做生意的，能別人才走到門口，就這麼沒素質的問，唉，你們來幹嘛的嗎？真的是被噁心到了。要不是因為不想耽誤本來就緊張的行程和不想影響爸媽的心情，肯定當場就退房。説説硬件吧，房子裝修看着新，紗窗是破的，晚上還有超大的蟲子飛進來，裏面味道也很重。性價比極低。

我就想知道貨不對板可不可以投訴？明明訂的是25平米的大床房，一進去很逼仄，仔細量了一下，房間長4.5米，寬4米，包括衞生間在裏面了哦。我就想知道25平方米是怎麼來的？加上單磚的外牆能多出7平方米？如果是這樣子為什麼不訂18平方米的房間，還能省一百多一個晚上。
房間小，衞生間小，住了2晚都沒有睡好，非常乾燥，空調吵，加熱器吵、抽濕機吵，關了抽濕機還是吵，還是幹。
請平台瞭解一下情況，坐等回覆。很不滿意。

五一和朋友來廬山，乘坐索道上山後步行五分鐘就能達到酒店。老闆熱情，服務周到。交通、餐飲也都很方便，門口就是廬山的熱門餐廳。新開業的酒店，現代簡約的裝修風格，温馨又不失品質，適合家庭出遊。這次沒訂上網紅的景觀房，下次來再來入住！整體來説，酒店性價比很高，值得推薦！

房間很乾凈，老闆很熱心，會幫忙規劃路線。山上氣候變化比較大，這季節來的話建議帶好防寒衣服。儘量別挑雨天來，雨天挺多景點沒法看。

環境幽靜，房間乾淨舒適，躺在床上就可以看到窗外的雪景。因為是別墅民宿，所以孩子可以在院子裏盡情玩耍，不需要和其他遊客擠，照相也更加出片。

酒店的工作人員都非常熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，環境也很贊，最主要的是乾淨衞生！窗外就能看到漂亮的雪景，這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值！退房的時候老闆還送了當地特產，下次來旅遊還是會光顧
