Dreadful..not even a lock on the door. Do not stay here. If you complain they are very rude.

Location in the centre, easy to reach. Quiet rooms. Close to shopping mall.

Very basic for small price, located close to the airport. Strong smell of air freshener masking cigarettes smell. Small rooms. But nice staff

I am writing to express my disappointment with the handling of my recent booking issue. I mistakenly reserved a room for tomorrow instead of tonight and promptly reached out for assistance. Despite explaining the honest mistake and my inability to stay tomorrow, my request for a cancellation and refund was declined. While I understand policies exist, I had hoped for a more flexible and understanding approach, particularly given the genuine nature of my request. This experience has left me dissatisfied and unlikely to recommend your services to others. I will be sharing this experience in my review, as transparency is essential for future guests to make informed decisions. Thank you for your time.

Conveniently located near the train and bus station. Also enough stores around for late night food

Tried to get me out of room before check out. Left an item in room after check out, went back 10mins later yo get it and maid had cleaned room and stated there was nothing in there!

Hey i went there was bad experience i could take a room coz of some isshu i had to leave i was contacting with them for refund they were not giving me response

closest to Luton Airport for early morning flight. The bus shuttle is just within walking distant. Will do it again in the future.

Room was clean, and the location was good. But Amenities were poor. No windows, small space, and the Internet was slow.

Not clean bathroom - there were someone hair on the sink. Bedding and towels were clean though. Receptionist is very kind and great location

The corridors are a bit confusing. It was cold in the hotel. There was only cold water. No chair, no table, no kettle, no wardrobe.
