hotel manager is very friendly and happy to support. hotel provided many amenties and booking service for tianmen san and fairy fox show + pick up and drop off service to the show. Hotel location is very near to bus station and taxi station very convinience. Room is large and comfortable

Not the best location it was abit hard to find. Also the room could be abit cleaner, it looked like it did receive daily cleaning but never a real thorough cleaning. Also the toilet did not flush very well maybe something that should be looked at. The staff was very friendly and helpful though!

We really happy the service. It is in a central location. The price for this hotel is very reasonable. The hotel is very near to Tianmeinshan mountain cable car station and you can walk to their. Many local food restaurants around here too. The bus station is also within walking distance. It was a great friendly service hotel, she help us for laundry and dryer our clothes with no cost. I very happy with your service and kindly friendly.

Very friendly and helpful counter staff. Room is spacious and bed is clean. Location is ideal as there are a lot of food options around. Suggestions: If there are hangers in the bathroom and a fridge in the room, that will be perfect. Strongly recommended

Good location

The service was excellent , the receptionist was super helpful , she mapped out a route for me on Tianmen Mt , told me how to get to Wuliangyuan for the second leg of my journey. I would stay here again , just because she was so super helpful. The location was a bit hard to find though , I didn't see any dominant signage outside BUT the location is quite ideal , being next to the bus and railway station . The tianmen cable car line is about 10mins walk if you walk quickly or 15mins if you walk as slowly as me or you can call a didi , cost around 7rmb to go there by taxi. There are public buses that go to the tianmen mt from this hotel's location, bus 101 and bus 1A, costs 2rmb . The room was also quite big , bigger than the average hotel room, it is clean and amenities were provided. There are many places to eat , nearby the hotel and small grocery stores. Also the hotel is about 15mins drive from the airport.

The room facilities and sanitary conditions are very good. The accommodation price is affordable. The staff is very enthusiastic and patiently tells you the tour guide. The location of the homestay is very close to the cableway. The only drawback is that the airport is too close to the city. The noise of civil aviation passenger planes taking off and landing at night is very loud.

The room is large, clean, tidy and spacious. The bed is comfortable and clean. There are two sofa chairs and a small round table, which are convenient for rest and supper.
