衞生：乾淨整潔，房間無異味，雖然比較老舊，但是床單被罩都很乾凈，也沒有黃黃的污漬
環境：環境還是挺好的，離星悦廣場近，離東區也近，出行方便

一點隔音都沒有，一點聲音都聽的一清二楚，天天晚上隔壁打電話吵得要死，外面就是學校，房間提示説週一到週五早上會有廣播抄，實際上是週六週日也有，吵的要死
