Located near to the airport with free airport shuttle bus. The staffs there are very friendly and helpful, assisting us with the luggages to the shuttle bus to the port when he saw us with young kids.
Room is nice and spacious, just that the hotel has many rooms so it takes a while to walk to our room
For breakfast, It can get quite crowded with long queue so recommend to go there earlier.

In walking distance from Wynn, MGM and others. ******, shops, cafe, supermarket and lots of other things. Well-equiped gym and spa-area on the 3 floor. Same floor is Grand Buffet location. Room was clean, daily-service was great. Stuff at the reception were nice and helpful. Highly recommended

Good service but there are some problems about the cleanliness, e.g. the bathrobe is very dirty, i can see stain at the bathrobe

The hotel room, staff service, cleanliness, everything was wonderful. But just one thing, the perfume-like scent in the lobby was so strong that one of my friend I went with had a hard time. It would be great if only this was improved. I would like to stay again next time!

Everything was great, free shuttle buses to many places. Breakfast was quite a disappointment, nothing fantastic and definitely overpriced. Very big room & big bathroom. Definitely worth paying extra for the garden view. Would love to stay again.

All perfect! The Grand Lisboa Palace Macau is extremely good, The room is spacious, elegant decor with stunning garden views. The hotel provides various amenities with a heated pool, fitness center, spa that is good for "staycation". The buffet was very delicious with many choices. And the hotel team are all friendly, patient and helpful particularly the check-in counter that impressed me the most and I would definitely stay this hotel again!
