The service was excellent. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the shuttle bus connection is very convenient. I'd definitely come back again! It would be even better if the weekend prices were a bit more affordable. This time the prices were high because there was a concert.

After a month, I returned to Grand Lisboa Palace. I arrived at noon, and while waiting two hours for my room to be ready, I went to the fitness center for a swim and sauna. Of all the five-star hotels I've visited in Macau, their indoor heated pool is the absolute best! I was also very satisfied with the housekeeping and overall room attendant service.

This dreamlike sky garden feels like a secret garden from a European palace. The Baroque architecture beautifully contrasts with the lush green lawns and exquisite gardens surrounding it. It transports you back in time to old movie scenes of aristocratic weddings. The service was good, and the room environment was decent. However, the hallway to the room was incredibly long, taking ages to walk down. Also, the 11:00 AM check-out time is really inconvenient. It's incomparable to mainland China's hotels. Most people coming to Macau to stay in hotels are casino players who return to their rooms in the middle of the night and then have to check out early in the morning. If it were a 12:00 PM check-out, I wouldn't have any complaints.
