Contrary to some reviews, there was no stiff, uncooperative, or arrogant service; every staff member was warm, polite, and upheld the hotel's brand with dignity. The hotel is quite large, and whenever you looked a bit lost, a staff member would always come to guide you. When storing luggage, they even proactively helped me check out the room card. The shuttle bus was very convenient. We had two unforgettable anniversary days. The room facilities were complete and well-equipped, and housekeeping was orderly. The front desk even proactively offered some summer experience activities and services."
