Galaxy Hotel
"The hygiene and service were both great! We were primarily there for the amusement park, but the facilities are really outdated and not worth the price. The bed was very uncomfortable! Everything else was fine!"
Grand Coloane Resort
"The environment is beautiful, perfect for travelers seeking tranquility and relaxation."
Pousada de Coloane Boutique Hotel
"The location is far from the city center, and it's very quiet around. Downstairs is Cheoc Van Beach, where many locals swim. The swimming area is quite large and not too crowded. Overall, it's pretty clean, but just too quiet. The hallway was particularly creepy, and the blue and white decor made me feel helpless. There's no elevator, so getting up and down is inconvenient; definitely don't bring elderly people to stay here. It's fine with kids, but they should ideally be able to walk on their own. It's good for a relaxing vacation, but I wouldn't recommend it for a first-time tourist as getting around is quite troublesome."
Hotel Okura Macau
"Had a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access to the Grand Resort Deck's wave pool from the second floor. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly warm and polite. A special shout-out to Arah at the front desk and Zed from the concierge for their thoughtful and attentive service. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Macau."
Conrad Macao
"The room was spacious with a great view of the Eiffel Tower. I also managed to get the hotel's custom teddy bear and duck, which I really wanted. The hotel's second floor has a shopping mall with a connected walkway directly to The Venetian and The Parisian, making shopping incredibly convenient. I bought some souvenir pastries from Koi Kei Bakery on the second floor; they were a bit more expensive than in Rua do Cunha, but it was for the convenience. Churchill's Table on the second floor is definitely worth a visit."
Andaz Macau
A stylish, modern hotel with spacious rooms, providing a perfect base for exploring the entertainment and shopping at Galaxy Macau.
Four Seasons Hotel Macao
"Absolutely amazing! The service at Four Seasons is truly touching, incredibly thorough and thoughtful. Room service response is super fast. Plus, free extra beds for children aged 17 and under."
Altira Macau
"The hotel is conveniently located near the Taipa Ferry Terminal, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The room was incredibly spacious and offered a great view of the Macau Tower. We even enjoyed breakfast in the room! A big thank you to the staff for arranging a special birthday treat for us!"
Grand Emperor Hotel
"Pros: Convenient location with free shuttle services to Venetian and Studio City. The room was also clean and tidy. Cons: The soundproofing was extremely poor. We booked an executive suite specifically for a quiet environment, but at midnight, we could still clearly hear people talking in the hallway. It was very distinct. The front desk staff was not very professional. We booked an executive suite, but they asked us if we wanted a king-sized bed."
New Orient Landmark Hotel
A centrally located hotel with spacious rooms, providing a perfect base for exploring Macau’s commercial and tourist areas.
Grand Hyatt Macau
"Kent, Mavis, and Katrina provided incredibly attentive and thoughtful service. They were kind and thorough, promptly responding to all our needs. They helped us check in professionally and quickly, and also gave us very detailed information. The hotel's location is super convenient, and every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly!"
Legend Palace Hotel
A luxury waterfront hotel offering elegant rooms and sweeping views over Macau’s harbour and city skyline.
Grande Hotel Macau
"The room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. The front desk staff, a very polite and enthusiastic young man, provided excellent service. They even offered disposable bed sheets, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured."
Riviera Hotel Macau
"The hotel's facilities are generally new and quiet. The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded us to a sea-view room overlooking the Macau Tower. The location is convenient for transportation, and there are many restaurants within a few minutes' walk."
Pousada De Sao Tiago
"I first stayed at this hotel over ten years ago, and this time I revisited with my kids. My whole family was really happy with our stay. The facilities are great, the location is convenient, and it has a wonderful historic charm that's perfect for photos. We'll definitely be back!"
Regency Art Hotel
"This hotel is just a shame. It’s exactly the image of the hotel I imagine my grandparents booked for their vacations before my mother was even born. It looks like it was great in the 70s but hasn’t evolved since then. The whole building looks old, the pool looks old, the rooms look old, even the view from our room looked old. The rooms are not maintained properly, there were cracks everywhere and there was a leak in the closet. I had to put the trash can below and it was quite full when I woke up. When I said that during checkout, they told me “the hotel is very old”. So I answered: “in this case you should renovate and not rent your rooms in the meantime”. I’m still waiting for an apology. The groom at the main entrance who takes care of the cabs and the lugage was just rude the 3 days we were there. I really think they ahould close the hotel for now. This is not what you can expect of a 5 star hotel."
