Stayed for 2 nights in a suite priced at 7800 per night and had a very poor experience. The exterior is being renovated, and the room is extremely small. There is no room to move after unpacking the luggage. We stayed in Room 19, and the room couldn't connect to the hotel's Internet connection (the WiFi name was Nimb Guest) and we couldn't find it at all. We asked someone from the IT department to fix it twice, but to no avail. In addition, the drain in the bathroom bathtub is broken and the water cannot go down. Similarly, the upscale hotel Hotel d’Angleterre has a much better experience, while Hyatt’s Nimb is terrible.
