Very convenient location to many tourist spots, good for shopping too

Apartment in this Hotel is modern and clean. Service at front desk is friendly and helpful. They even offered a complimentary cake and sparkling wine upon learning that we are celebrating our daughter birthday. Greatly appreciate the team at SmartRental Collection Gran Via Capital.

Beautiful boutique modern hotel perfectly located in downtown Madrid. Room was perfect. Staff friendly and the swimming pool on the rooftop was great!

This is a very comfortable and modern hotel. I recommend it. It is great. The location is very good. You can take the airport bus No. 203 and walk to the hotel in eight minutes. There is a bus stop at the door and it is also close to the subway entrance. There are many restaurants and shopping malls, and it is very close to the main square. The booking on Ctrip is very reliable, just as described. I will stay there next time.

The location is perfect. It is very close to Puerta del Sol. There are many restaurants nearby. It is a shopping paradise. I don’t think I need to apply for a subway card when I live here. It only takes 20 minutes to walk to the basic attractions and you can get a feel for the city. The hotel environment is very good and the lobby is very artistic, but the signboard is not very obvious. It took me a long time to find it for the first time. The guy at the front desk is handsome and polite. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the room, which is suitable for cooking. If you need anything, the front desk will give it to you.

The location is excellent, and the busiest street is right outside. But the washing machine is not ideal, it is too dirty. I bought washing machine detergent from the supermarket but it didn't work. The clothes can't be worn after washing, and the black clothes turned gray directly. I guess the hotel hasn't cleaned the washing machine for a long time.

It was a wonderful hotel. We stayed in a large two-bedroom room with our three sons. We were served by wonderful hotel staff who were very kind. Of course, they spoke English too. The room was clean and there were no problems. The breakfast was also very delicious. The scrambled eggs and avocado toast that came with breakfast and were ordered later were also delicious.
