레스토랑은 매니저등은 친절하였으나 로칼맥주를 주문하였는데 수입산 맥주를 설명없이 가져와 로칼인 줄 마셨다.
요금이 당연히 비쌋다. -직원의 주문 서비스가 고객과 소통이 된대로 되길 바람.
전반적인 서비스는 좋았다.
스파에서 오일맛사지를 받았는데 맛사지사의 실력이 너무 약했다.
안내데스크에서 택시를 신청- 사원까지 요금 확정하고 탔는데 호텔에서 제시한 요금에서 택시 기사의 톨게이트비 [ 이건 택시비에 미리 책정 되어야 한다]- 다음날 다른차는 톨비없는 곳으로 갔다[ 주차장입장료와 주차비 -이것은 미리 고객에게 알려주고 택시 요금을 말해야 한다/ 호텔과 연계한 택시 회사의 각별한 조인이 필요 /

The hall was good and spacious. Service was good. Food was nice . Cost effective for a small function or get together. The organisers are very friendly and provide exact information about the program. Vigneshwari and team made the comfort with ease of work

Good experience. Nice manangement and dellicious food. Tuberose hall was spacious and the ambience was great and we had wonderful experience. Siva sir and Vigneshwari and Balaji and Ibrahim did great work in organising our event. Thanks for their support.

Very happy to stay Amika Manoj,Thangam,VeeraMuthuand Ajith. Rooms are excellent with good. Use of touch for all electrical fittings is wonderful The Housekeeping support was very good. Restaurant has a good spread of buffet and alacart. Service across hotel is excellent !! Stayed with family and the staff is warm and welcoming!!

It has been great experience. Chef Mutthu took special care to give Jain food for my wife. Overall a great experience. The variety of breakfast options made us really in awe as we had been searching for such menu, enough care has been taken for all kinds of food.
