It does not have air conditioning but it was not bad because it is not hot the temperature is pleasant

Other than the bed being a bit firm, my stay was quite comfortable. The room was clean. the AC was cold. And the shower was hot. The hotel has a beachfront area with a pier directly across the street which is a continuation of the malecon. There are numerous restaurants and beach clubs a fairly short walk away.

The location is excellent. The property is kept clean and secure. It's a budget beach hotel so it does attract people of all ages. Some stay up and party while others stay in and sleep. I was woken up a couple of nights by loud drunk talk but it wasn't a deal breaker.

So....there are multiple types of dwellings. The cabanas have no AC and look sp**** inside. We "upgraded" to a room with AC. Very sp****...one towel each, one trash can, a "ketchup packet" of shampoo and a 5cm cube of soap. We booked the cabana on this app for $40/night...didn't catch the lack of AC...the AC room was $50/night. When we upgraded they charged $15 extra per night...seemed expensive at $65/night. Also the beach at front was pretty dirty. Snorkel by the light house...it's a lot better.

The place is HORRIBLE, it is a place that I will never return to, I found a dead baby dolphin in front of the hotel, you cannot bathe. Despite having the beach in front. It's all dirty with sargassum... honestly, it's the worst thing that's happened to me. The room doesn't have a television or paid climate. In "offer" 504 pesos for the weather they charge 300 pesos more per night. Or is it not what. They advertise. As it is four stars I do not give it one. It seriously stinks really bad. Mahajual is pretty and quaint but the hotel is not! Facing the sea and flat. The hotel people say not to bathe in the sea there. There is no iron and they do not pay terrible attention

Estuvimos en Bungalow, lo que no dicen al reservar, es que no cuenta con agua caliente, al llevar niños, esto es importante, por otro lado las hormigas grandes se metían al Bungalow y a las camas entre las sábanas, al final tuvimos que cambiar de hotel, en sus fotos muestran que es lindo, pero no es así, realmente es muy austero.
