Definitely will come back again next time

The place seems quite dated. However the breakfast is 5 star

Best in Melaka. Good service, clean and cozy. The hotel very clean no complaints. Really deserves the 5 star. Just the Aircon is not very cold juz cool mode but still ok. Can always on a fan. Will definitely come back!

We were given a room on the second floor of the hotel. The next room was the Majestic Suite. You can imagine how good the view was. The welcome drink and breakfast were very good, in line with SLH standards.

A hotel with Southeast Asian characteristics and great service. However, the sound insulation effect is really poor. First of all, the windows are not sealed. The first night was Eid al-Fitr and the sound of firecrackers by the river seemed to be right in front of me. On the second night, the water pump in the shower next door was like thunder and woke me up several times. If the hotel does not change these hardware equipment, I will never stay there again.

Location and services by staffs are great. Only downside is that our room, pillows and duvet smell mouldy, not sure if it’s because of old vintage/antique furnitures. There’s visible dust, rust in bathroom. This hotel is for people that appreciates culture and heritage. If you like clean and modern places, won’t recommend. Breakfast buffet was decent, can order unlimited from 6-8 ala carte choices. Comes with fruits, bread basket and beverage.

The room is larger in size and has a bathtub. The sound insulation is not good, the corridor is very noisy, and the water next door is like taking a shower; the WiFi is very weak, even if you switch mobile data, it doesn't work from time to time, and there are many blind spots; there is a layer of window screen, and the roller blind can be used as a light shield, so the light from the window in the early morning If the frame leaks in, I can't sleep. The service was pretty good. The twin room I booked was no longer available. We moved to a higher floor. Two single quilts were given on the big bed. The bed was quite comfortable. You can order several varieties of breakfast at will, plus fruit bread and drinks.

The hotel environment and services are very good. When checking in, a staff member will take us to the room and introduce the hotel, and finally there will be welcome tea. The hotel's breakfast has many choices and is of high quality. The toiletries in the room are all fruit-flavored and have local characteristics. The service and environment of Spa Village are also very good.

I stayed in Malacca for one night and chose this hotel. It was a hotel that surprised me. It is very classic and has the flavor of old Shanghai. It is clean and hygienic. The service staff is very enthusiastic. Breakfast is not a buffet, but there are several options to choose from. It is made to order. The food is made to a high standard and comes out warm. I will definitely recommend it to friends who are coming to Malacca.

The staff was exceptional warm, professional, and always ready to assist. The complimentary suite upgrade was an unexpected delight. The spacious suite with breathtaking views made my stay memorable. I look forward to returning in the future.🌟
