Highly not recommended. Plus points: Big room clean towel Poor points: Room door having issue to enter, locked from inside. Took 30 mins for the hotel person to come & assist. Having issue with aircond. Took nearly 1 hr foe hotel person to support. Very bad lighting in the room. Very dark at night despite on all the lights. We literally doing work in the dark. Ask hotel, they said it is what it is. 1st & last stay at this hotel

Strategic location, Room is clean and cozy, staff are friendly.. just the room that i booked has no bathtub as per advertised in trip.com but unfortunately not included..other than that, this hotel is just great..

Overall was good. Convenient part of town which a 'The Store' supermarket opposite. Breakfast buffet was ok. But was disappointed when informed during check-in that gym was closed for renovoation.

Stay for one night, I could stay more if we have more time. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I would say maybe the amenities in room some limited but the entire experience make it just fine.. No issue.. Please stay here

The lobby was stunning, and the stay was absolutely breathtaking! Will definitely stay again in the future if we ever go back Melaka

booked 2 rooms, one of the room ac is so hot and after adjusting, it’s still hot. told the staff and they checked but still the same. difficult to sleep cause sweating. breakfast is average as well as the facilities. that broken ac kinda ruined our experience

It’s nice hotel with big room , bathroom and living room is big . 2 TV available in living room and bedroom. Bathtub area can view to outside Melaka city. The bedroom and living room comes with deem lights. Breakfast can choose many varieties of food . Car park is free entry from level 1 to level 5. Entrance car park is at the back of the hotel. Going out Turning point at every level to be careful is a bit narrow to turn. If the hotel post big sign of car park label direction at lobby entrance will be better for new gust to know where their car to park. Ground level hotel in front and side have area to park the car too. Stayed 3 nights at premier studio with family.

ThThis is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and it is a bit dirty now..The location is good and the lobby is elegantly decorated! There is free parking. Most of the people in this hotel are Malays. The breakfast is not delicious! The room was nice! Big enough! The bed and pillows are very comfortable and soft! The bathroom is beautifully decorated. There are no disposable slippers.

I love and enjoy our stay here! Love the ambiance that we can enjoy in the room🥰 The only thing that can be improved is the food. Stay for 2 days and the breakfast' menus for 2 days are pretty much the same.

Beautiful hotel, bed and toilet is clean but room carpet not vacuumed well, can see dirtinesses on the carpet. Aircon cold enough and room is cozy. Better to book King room then single twin room. Breakfast food is not hot, coffee and tea is not hot enough. Taste ok, variety ok. Overall recommended.

Good services, good attitude by staff

1st stay here under Swiss-Belhotel management (previously LaCrissta). Location is good, close to Hang Tuah Walk with plenty of eateries, Kg Morten, as well as Jonker Walk. Room is spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately there was a hot water supply disruption (for the entire hotel) on our 2nd day of stay until we checked out the next day. So it's cold shower for 2 days. We only got a letter of apology from the hotel.
