The layout of the room is quite standard, the sofa bed is very comfortable for one person, the free breakfast is delicious, parking is convenient, and it is only 10 minutes away from downtown. The location is very good.
Let's talk about Boston. The roads are complicated and many exits are not designed reasonably. It is easy to go wrong. Bostonians are highly educated and indifferent to others.

Excellent location with the good transportation system in Boston to reach the entire city including the airport. Stop 3 min.

Fatal services: they do not clean or make the room during the first 3 nights of your stay and you have to request in advance that they do it for the 4th and/or successive nights.

The room facilities are good, but the service attitude is very poor. The room was not cleaned for two consecutive days, and the room was not cleaned according to the appoin**ent made one day in advance to clean the room the next day. The room door was photographed at 10:55 in the morning when we checked out on the last day The sound of the mountain was so frightening that I dared not open the door. After 11:5, the person who confirmed the pick-up arrived before he dared to open the door. Strongly urge Ctrip not to recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. The bathroom setup was strange as shower turn on and shower head were on opposite sides and water pooled outside shower quickly. There was also no hot water. I did not need to fix at the moment but told the staff upon check out.

Manager Joana was very kind and courteous to my wife and I during our two night stay. She let us stay an additional two hours when asked. Definitely recommend this hotel. We will be coming to this hotel again when visiting Boston.

The rooms are amazingly comfortable and clean ! The towels are not scratchy. Front desk staff friendly and result oriented. Welcome gift in my room. Quiet. Recommend !

We had a nice time at this hotel. We had an issue where there was something really nasty on the bed sheets and hair. That was concerning, but they gave us new sheets and compensated our parking. I’m glad they took action. After that, everything was great. It’s a very quiet and comfy hotel! They have good coffee too. Despite the bed issue I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
