The hotel was perfect

Amazing

We came as an excursion from our cruise ship. On arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who welcomed us and gave us refreshments. The hotel was 5 star quality. We spent the day on the beach (had some pollution ie plastic floating and on the beach near the waters edge) The beach itself was clean by the sunbeds.The staff were always happy to help especially Viraj and Haruen who made sure we had plenty of water and food if required. There was the opportunity for water sports ie jet ski pedalos and kayak. Nice and relaxing environment

The restaurant staff khari and Fakrul really great from welcoming to service in fully rus they manage with book the table and then special taking care for all movements for service the food. we enjoy dinner and afcourse will come back

We had an excellent time, especially by the pool where the bartender Harum took super care of us and our drinks. He was so careful and nice.

The hotel was nice, the food was good, I would like to praise the bartender named Harum who was by the pool and was very friendly. Also, the waiters in the restaurant were attentive. Pleasantly surprised that the staff can speak Slovak.

The new luxury hotel.......near by the airport ....nice beach with white sand, tasty food ...maybe some problems on reception with change of our room...which was not very clean and tv and wifi didn't work good...but the best thing in this hotel is super drinks from Harun in pool bar ...every day new special drink from him...probably the best employee on this place

Great relaxing beach holiday in Vida hotel. Amazing beach with enough sunbeds (and if it happened that you couldn't find a free one, the staff was assisting and they found a place for you). You get a beach towel and water bottle and there is free water refill and even a sunscreen at your disposal. Clean beach toilets with changing rooms. The area is still under construction so there is a bit noise but luckily my room was turned to the other direction (I did ask for a quiet room). There are apartments and then rooms with a balcony or with a French balcony only. I had an amazing room with a balcony and stunning side sea view. The only little issue was, that there are no shelves to put your clothes on, you can only hang them. Otherwise room has everything you can need: cosmetics, slippers, hot pot to make coffee or tea and TV. The ride from airport is 20 - 30 minutes, check in and check out was super fast and very well organized (we arrived as a group through Slovak travel agency). The hotel staff is great, very friendly, polite and helpful. Food was very good and tasty, my mother is a vegetarian and she could always pick something. However the restaurant is not built for so many people and they had issues with capacity especially during dinner - but again the staff was really trying to help by offering reserving a table for a special time or adding you to a waiting list and you could sip cocktails while waiting to get dinner table. Next to the hotel is a huge shopping mall where you can find an aquarium, another great experience for me. I would love to come back.
