The duty manager on the day of my check in was not friendly at all. Otherwise, the rooms are big and spacious.

Staff on reception are really nice and helpful and deliver a personalized service. They asked about my journey, and if I needed any recommendations for dinner etc. At checkout they wished me a safe journey. They do make an effort!
They have complimentary copies of the financial times and new York times.
The rooms are bigger than we'd expected with great views of the city. Tea and coffee provided is good quality. The room was clean, the bed was huge and very comfortable, sheets were high quality.
And it only cost me about 20 pounds more to stay here then it would have cost for a more budget hotel
Location is excellent, just around the corner from Piccadilly.

As requested when I place my order at Trip.com they gave me a room at the end of the Corridor which is quiet at night.
They helped me to replace my kettle and being helpful for the luggage storage when I out and collect it at 19:00.
The hotel was not brand new but still very clean with nice Breakfast being served in the morning.
Besides it's 5 Minutes walk from the Piccadilly Train Station which is very convenient for people to stay for a night.

one of the lift were not working,could not open windoe,and the window was dirty to see out of
the lighting was dim not enough in all areas
old fashioned furniture onle 1 pillow
no tea and coffee doenstairs to take more or papercups
