Was a lovely stay. It is very conveniently close to Deans gate station. I just thought it was a bit cheeky asking 5 pounds to have a corkscrew brought to our room. Other than that the staff was kind and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is spacious and clean. When you check in you have a choice or having a shower or a bath which is really lovely. The gym is large and well presented. The rooms have aircon which can be adjusted to your choice. The bar area is very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast is superb. I have recommended the hotel to my colleagues who often stay/work in Manchester.

Good, good, it's still as good as always. I don't know how many times I've stayed here. Every time I come to Manchester, I choose here, which shows that the hotel is comfortable.

It's near a small apartment. I booked it for my elderly family. The room is relatively new and clean. The surrounding area is also quite lively. There are supermarkets with food. It's not far from the city center on foot.

The room is spacious. Although the bathroom is small, it has a strict dry and wet separation, which makes the stay experience better. The hotel is very close to the Deansgate tram station and the transportation is very convenient. The door of the room is not very soundproof. When resting in the morning, you will be disturbed by the noise outside the door.

Although the transportation is not close to the train station, there is a free bus from Manchester City, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The waiters are kind and polite. And the procedure is simple and fast. Sanitation, and the rooms are wide
