Clean room and nice staff. Simple check in and check out

This place is my go to cheap stay that is close to my job so the location is good for me and my husband we like it because it is clean for the most part we can't smoke so we respect the rules we get good deals on this stay so we go often 💯

Nothing different but this share is better than the one in Tampa.

The hygiene is very poor, there are flying insects everywhere, there are many cockroaches crawling on the ground, and half of the soap left by the previous guest is still in the bathtub...it means no one has cleaned it. There is no hair dryer in the room, you have to go to the front desk to ask for it. There is no microwave and refrigerator, and the microwave is only in the public area. The room is very humid, the corners and floors will be moldy, the location is in Tampa, far from the scenic spot, and the price is not very cheap, generally speaking, it is not worth it.

THE TOILET WOULD NOT FLUSH. THE FLOORS INSIDE AND OUT WERE FILTHY. THE PLACE BADLY NEEDED PAINTING. THE ONLY POSITIVE IS THE BEDS WERE NICE AND COMFORTABLE.

This was the filthiest hotel I have ever been to. The bed clothes had cigarette burns in them, and were filthy. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was a mess. The flooring was loose from a water leak somwhere, and the tub was gross. And to top it off there was a lot of people hanging out in cars in the parking lot that did not seem to belong there. Not a safe place. Make your plans somewhere else!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel stay. There were roaches all throughout the room. They crawled on the bathroom wall. Crawled all on the floor. It was so gross.

My company reserved this hotel for a business trip. The place was falling apart, smelled of cigarettes, even though I requested a smoke-free room. There was rust all around the bathroom tub and dirt around the tub creaks. The sheets were stained and there were bugs everywhere.

The place was completely dirty, door wouldn’t lock, no knob to adjust the thermostat. There 12 people living in the room next to us. We got a refund and found a new hotel. Did feel save leaving our car or luggage in the room.

Don’t know what is happening with red roof but quality is going down, will not be staying in one again

Rhonda went out of her way to help in a tough situation in the middle of the night. Made the end of a very tough travel day bearable. Thank you Rhonda!!

What was the worst hotel I’ve ever been. I walked in and walked out. It was full of roaches, the bed blood on it, and inside the shower My Son and I are traumatized. I will never recommend or suggest anyone to step foot in that hotel ever.
