The New Novotel expected to be clean due it is a new one. I found food and Services needed to improve a lot. Our family is dissatisfied with Buffet Breakfast where food is repeated many times and not happy with salty food such as beef. I am comparing buffet Breakfast from Kingsford Hotel and other Hotels our family have stayed for 4 weeks . Also on our last day I noticed a short of staff and also poor cleaning services on Dinning area . There are staff who are friendly but others seems not happy on what the job they are doing especially the lady who was requested to clean the table it is kind of turned off . She was cleaning the plates in front of everyone as I have not seen this on other hotel putting out scrap food in front of everyone. Aren't they suppose to take the plates and do this in the kitchen area ? 🤔

This hotel was great! Love the space and be view. Only issue was when I ordered from the cafe it took nearly 20-25 minutes to get a muffin although i told them i was in a hurry and wanted it to go. They called the supervisor to help with the order, then they had to get the manager and even then it took more time because they had no change.

The hotel is good in all aspects. The location is also good. It's not far from the airport and quite far from the city. The concierge service is good. The front desk service is also very good. The breakfast is delicious and the style is good. The view is also very good

This is the first time I have reviewed a hotel. I am really angry and don’t want my compatriots to be cheated. The location of the hotel is terrible, surrounded by shantytowns. I checked in at 8 o'clock on Friday night and was told that there was no room for the double bed I booked. I agreed to an extra bed. Two hours later, at ten o'clock in the evening, I returned to the room and saw the picture of the extra bed. I went upstairs to communicate with the front desk to no avail, and was still told that there were no twin beds. After contacting Ctrip, the hotel changed us to a double bed and arranged for us to check in at around 11pm. The check-in experience was extremely poor and the staff was not friendly to Chinese people.
The breakfast variety is so small that it doesn't match the price at all.
