房間確實可以，主要是店家人很好。棒棒噠，下次來還來住。一個小小的建議是最好在晾衣間再增加一個洗漱盆，因為我們是套房，兩個卧室住了四個人，一個洗漱的地方有點打擠換不過來。

房間裏窗户沒有插銷，無法關閉，設施非常簡陋，空調聲音很大，開半天也不暖和，家人全都凍感冒了，樓下是美食城，燒烤的煙會飄上來，味道很嗆，也沒有電梯，搬行李很費力，本來説好提供接機服務，最後預約的時候説司機回家過年了 讓我們自己打車 也不提前打電話通知，到了之後也沒人幫忙搬行李，説前台下班了，好在大銀塔的風景確實值得

優點：房間、陽台超大，由於客觀原因客房沒有電梯，老闆幫忙把行李送到4樓客房裡，客棧位於汽車北站進出方便。
缺點：唯一的缺點是衞生間沼氣嚴重，上廁所、洗澡不能關門進行。

前台小姐姐很熱情，房間很寬敞，基礎設施還可以。廁所馬桶有點臟，但是也不是什麼大問題，於是決定第二天續住，第二天中午老闆問了要不要打掃我説要的，然後下午回酒店的時候房間還是邋遢的，然後老闆説可能是阿姨忘記了，我説麻煩讓阿姨過來打掃一下然後説阿姨下班了哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈阿姨忘記了嘿嘿嘿阿姨下班了哈哈哈哈哈哈哈那能怎麼辦呢我需要的是打掃房間總不能讓老闆來打掃吧，當然是接着住這個沒有打掃衞生的房間啦嘿嘿嘿嘿嘿嘿嘿嘿，都怪我多嘴要讓阿姨打掃呢，然店家沒有跟我道歉，但是我還是覺得我對不起店家，怎麼下午才回來，怎麼回來看到沒打掃還要打電話讓阿姨來打掃啊啊啊啊啊我也真是的，一點也不會體諒人家呢

房間很大很乾凈，還有洗衣機可以使用（有衣架跟陽台），位置就在汽車北站旁，從保山來到最後一站下車即可。要吃東西很方便，旁邊就有北站夜市，有燒烤、飲料等等的，距離有名的林氏圓子東風店也很近。

差評我覺得要給芒市政府的不作為，一百多的品質，一千多的價格。政府允許這麼漲價的嘛！是逮着節假日使勁宰麼！同樣是旅遊，就這超十倍的住宿不想再來第二次。
