Obviously dishonest yung frontdesk with regards to availability ng rooms particularly with window rooms availability, yung bini*** pangit na view. Marketing strat over (not even equal) to customer satisfaction
I asked for transfer room for another day booking pero wala daw,more than 6 stay different dates as observed all rooms may yellow stain ang beddings and pillows, pati bowl may bakas ng ihi

The room is clean , the hotel gave us a good accomodation as well as the staff. This is our 3 rd stay in the hotel. .

The staff was nice and accommodating. Love the hotels location, very accessible to Baguio's landmarks.

The ambience is amazing but the hotel is located downtown downtown so it’s extremely crowded outside and there’s always traffic and it’s very dirty (outside the hotel)

The whole stay with friends are super great. The location was very nice. Very east access to everything and the stuffs are very polite.

Super nice nagustuhan ng father ko ang hotel na naibooked nya for me. So relaxing para saking mag tataki ng board exam.

We stayed 2 nights last weekend..this is our 2nd time in sunstar grand hotel. The deluxe room is ok, clean and the wifi is strong. we enjoyed our stay and for sure we will go back. All the staff are accomodating.

Wifi is not stable. Wish they could put a microwave and a ref inside the room.

The hotel inside is not very bad. Very good assistance and friendliness. We would've loved to get more water as it was extremely hot and during the second day we didn't receive any.
