Staff are very welcoming. Unfortunately on this occasion there were hairs around the bath and the desk had not been wiped down

Only problem I had was , on arrival at the room there was no power. Bedside lamps weren't working. They took out the bulbs, but, didn't have any replacements.

Fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. Rooms were well appointed, clean and spacious.
Food in the restaurant was Superb! Cannot praise the staff highly enough, if only all hotels had the same level of service, customer interaction and charm.
Full marks to the chef!
Would definitely stay there again.
