Out of season stay for work in October , staff very friendly and helpful and rooms clean. No tea or coffee facilities in room . Disappointed pool was closed as that was the reason for booking.
Breakfast minimal and noisey and dinner was cold.
Probably great in the summer but would get an appartment next time

LOVELY STAY, MAIN DOWNSIDE WAS FOOD AT THE EVENING BUFFET THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SERVED HOT WAS NOT KEPT HOT AT ALL, FOR EXAMPLE POTATO CROQUETTES AND FRIED POTATOES. NO CHOICE OF MEAT FOR MEAT EATERS, PORK OR NOTHING UNLESS YOU ASKED SPECIFICALLY. FISH LOVERS AND VEGETARIANS WELL CATERED FOR.

Colazione disastrosa: uova strapazzate con zucchero, uova crude al posto delle sode, caffè inesistente e aranciata idem... non so cosa sia successo... ma da evitare ad ogni costo la colazione! Stanza modesta, pulita ma bagno ceco... troppo cara rispetto al servizio reso. Negative

Ottima posizione, buona pulizia dei locali e delle camere. Pessimo bagno con sanitari vecchi e mal ridotti. Scarsa quantità di cibo nel buffet con poca attenzione ai clienti vegetariani. Faccio comunque i miei complimenti ai ragazzi stagionali della sala e dell'animazione.

Struttura ideale per famiglie dove c'è un solo attraversamento pedonale che porta comodamente alla spiaggia privata. La stessa è curata e di poche file così da godere del mare vicino. Consiglierei di prevedere in futuro un bagno a fianco alle docce indispensabile per chi ha bambini. La cucina dell'hotel è a buffet e molto varia. Ottimi i primi con specialità locali e la serata tipica siciliana con cannoli e arancini molto buoni. Pulizia delle camere giornaliera accurata e stanze provviste di stendino /TV/phon e frigo. L'animazione è stata l'elemento che ha arricchito ancora di più la vacanza: ragazzi giovani, veramente simpatici e carini con famiglie e bambini. Un applauso particolare per gli spettacoli serali con una preparazione costante. Complimenti alla direzione e all'intero staff per averci fatto godere di 15 giorni meravigliosi! Esperienza negativa in spiaggia. Musica sparata tutto il giorno sulla testa dei clienti. Anche la scelta della musica è molto criticabile. Clientela maggiormente composta da persone di mezza età che avrebbe sicuramente preferito musica rilassante e non stressante.

Ormai è un appuntamento fisso delle nostre ferie estive.Si conferma un’ottima soluzione per le vacanze in famiglia.Cucina ricca, varia e di qualità.Personale gentile, attento e scrupoloso. Un plauso particolare all’efficienza della reception, menziono l’estrema disponibilità di Valentina e l’attenzione del personale addetto alle pulizie.Spiaggia pulita che si affaccia su un mare cristallino.Il servizio ai bagnanti è garantito dalla professionalità e simpatia di Guglielmo e Stefano.L’intrattenimento è gestito dall’ottima animazione da un gruppo di ragazzi giovani coordinati da un esperto capo animatore. Le giornate trascorrono all’insegna dello sport, dei giochi e vengono chiuse dallo spettacolo serale in teatro, sempre di ottima fattura. Alle prossime estati!

Ottima posizione a 20 metri dal lido privato e vicino al centro di marina di Ragusa. Comoda piscina e buono anche il servizio di ristorazione. Unico appunto manca il bar sulla spiaggia e gli orari di apertura della spiaggia 9.00 e piscina 10.00 mi sembrano troppo tardi

Due anni fa sono stata nella parte hotel; quest’ anno invece bungalow e devo dire che è sempre una piacevole sorpresa. Posizione strategica per mare e piscina ma anche per fare bellissime passeggiate la sera. Il personale sempre super gentile e cordiale (dagli addetti al giardinaggio al proprietario). Pranzo e cena a buffet nella soluzione bungalow è stato ottimo, cibi variegati e servizio al tavolo stupefacente. Sempre attenti alle esigenze di tutti gli ospiti. Consiglio vivamente di andarci per staccare la spina dalla routine ed è ideale per famiglie che vogliono la comodità di avere tutto vicino.
