Absolutely beautiful hotel! Such amazing staff and well kept. Pool was lovely felt serene and only a 20/30 min drive to medina - perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle 😍 Amazing massages too!

We booked a day pass with lunch included. The place is real nice and well kept. The personnel are real nice. But, there was no “generous buffet” as advertised on their website. It’s a menu with only two plate option. A starter or main, or main and dessert. So salad and meagre tajin it was. We went to this place because we have a family member with gluten allergy and we hoped that a buffet would offer options. We were just offered a fish fillet. Nothing else. Too expensive for what it really offers. Also, took one hour for the taxi to arrive, that was called from the reception.

Mohsin is always welcoming and friendly We like the fantastic swimming pool with exotic Moroccan vibe! Even it is a bit far from the downtown, but it is just a beautiful piece of paradise , if you are Hong to visit Morocco, It’s well worth a visit to Mirage !

Our stay at this hotel (6th–10th June) was deeply disappointing due to consistently poor service and unprofessional staff behavior. From the moment we arrived, we were mistaken for pool day guests and treated as such every single day, despite being paying hotel guests. Staff repeatedly questioned whether we were staying at the hotel, ignored us, and gave visibly better treatment to day visitors than actual guests. Service at the restaurant and bar was dreadful—every food and drink order was either delayed, forgotten, or completely ignored. One day we waited over an hour for a simple pizza and fries, and when we asked about the delay, staff pretended to be on the phone to avoid responding. Completely unacceptable. Even worse, the airport transfer we booked and paid a premium for through the front desk never showed up. We later found out it hadn’t even been booked. This caused a 45-minute delay and nearly made us miss our flight. Again, staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility. This was by far the worst hotel service I’ve ever encountered—rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Given the amount we paid, we expected basic courtesy at the very least. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

The pool was divine!! To die for! 🥰 Staff were amazing! You won’t regret it! Samer was the best waitress/host you could wish for!! They have to give her a raise!! If you visit Marrakesh you have to come here. For the love of god do it! Please !!! 🙏🏻

We stayed at Palais Mirage as two couples and had an absolutely wonderful time. The atmosphere was peaceful and laid-back — exactly what we were looking for. We spent our day relaxing in the sun by the beautiful pool, which was clean, quiet, and surrounded by lush greenery. Our hostess Samia, took really good care of all of us. We’ll definitely be back
