It was a rocky start with the fast track entry at the airport getting messed up. They didn’t have our names at the fast track desk and were really rude to us about it despite us explaining our situation to them. It really left a bad first impression since we were hoping to have a smooth and comfortable entry into the country. It’s what you expect booking “the best hotel in Marrakech” after all. At this point I was regretting not going with Amanjena. However, as we got to the hotel, the beautiful interior and attentive staff did melt our hearts a little. The staff members at breakfast were particularly pleasant. The Italian restaurant and its tasting menu was quite delightful too. But the afternoon tea left a lot to be desired. Unprofessional staff (the birds got to the cakes multiple times before they got served, they brought out the wrong tea for me, etc) made me wonder how they could be so different from the breakfast team. Regardless the hotel was undoubtedly very beautiful and we did have a wonderful time overall.

空港まで高級車での送迎やファストトラックもついており、かなり最高級のおもてなしでした。
朝食もアラカルトで頼めて美味しくて、プールも広くて最高です！
忘れられない最高の旅になりました。

皇家曼蘇爾馬拉喀什酒店🕌
嚟摩洛哥其中一個原因都係因為想住尼間酒店，酒店的主人是前摩洛哥國王，穆罕默德六世(Morocco’s King Mohammed VI)，係2020-2021年被選為全球最佳酒店，全酒店有的53個獨棟的Riad，每間Riad 只住2人，
酒店裡的員工有將近500多人，就算在客滿的狀況下，跟客人的比例大約是4比1，
基本上你上網search摩洛哥，好多圖片都會彈咗呢間酒店出嚟，好多網紅都首推濃厚嘅摩洛哥風情，不過價格亦非常高貴，我6月入住期間已經算係淡季，我住嘅房型亦都係最基本嗰種，都要約$14000港元一晚，不過貴從來都不是他的問題……😂
個人入住體驗:
由於每間房都係獨立的House ，所以入住就要預咗要不停行樓梯上落，
而這麼高貴的酒店打電話去reception，那個人竟然不會說英文(他們大多數會說法語，因為這裡以前是法國殖民地)，很簡單問佢泳池幾點收都答唔到，還覺得你不會講法文很Low😂，而較高級的職員感覺比較高傲，
入住期間試過佢亞洲賽菜餐廳，味道嘗算不錯的😋
除此之外這裏確是很好打卡的，尤其係個Spa🥰，其實另外還有一個室內泳池我也很想影的，不過剛巧他在維修中…..🥲(聽説維修時間還有數個月)

I stayed at the Royal Mansour with three of my friends. It was the most incredible hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a two bedroom Riad, it was absolutely stunning. We were taken care of by Fathallah, our butler. He made us feel so special & took such great care of us. He took us for a tour around the property, which was spectacular, helped us plan a city tour on a motorcycle with side car, helped us with reservations and gave us lots of options for things to do. We will never forget our time at Royal Mansour!

Timeless Elegance - with incredible friendly and welcoming Moroccan hospitality, perfect in every detail - must try the restaurants on property - DELICIOUS The Rijads are out of this world - spacious, elegatly designed - truly a great experience. Like every good hotel - the people make the difference - and at the Royal Mansour they are the best. I mean really everyone - no exception. Big compliment to hotel management. Should you need help - contact mrs. Fatima or mr. Salah (that is what we did ) they go out of their way to make your stay one you will not forget!
