It was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking.
There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice.
I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade.
The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though.
The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

Great location, easily accessible by local buses and airport coach transfer, or a 1.5hr walk which in the warm weather isn’t too bad. Hotel is near shops, coffee houses and restaurants, with a large supermarket and shopping mall within 5-10mins walking distance. My room and shower room were both clean, ample in size and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is tasty and filling, they give a range of pastries, a slice of cake, chopped fruit, hot drinks, juices, and an omelette of your choice, which I didn’t realise til the final day :/ staff are friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again :-)

A bit far from railway station and medina.
But the surrounding area is pretty safe and clean.
There is a restaurant inside the hotel.

The staff were very attentive. The roof terrace was lovely, as were the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was convenient and massive with a few options. We would recommend staying at this hotel and it was nice staying in the new town away from the Medina.

Very well appointed clean hotel. Rooms are spacious and we even got upgraded. Breakfast is full with eggs and was freshly prepared. Staff helpful at checkin and also got us a taxi to get to the airport. Location is handy to the train bus and airport.

Great staff especially Marwa and the lads in the Taverna restaurant. Good location as walking distance to the Medina and near small shopping mall with supermarket.Room is clean but bathroom needs refurbishing and pillows are horrible. We had the room with little balcony and it was lovely to sit there. I read from other reviews that it could be noisy at night and I think that could be an issue especially if the hotel is busier. We were at the room facing the pool and I could hear the people talking and the music because the pool has the outside restaurant. It wasn’t bad when we were there. Breakfast is the same everyday but we don’t mind that. Hot drinks, selection of bread and pastries, Oj, choice of eggs - that’s all we need.

The service is exceptional, the owner was very helpful & recommended places for us to visit. Rooms clean, breakfast was excellent. The hotel is central to the new city and everything is within walking distance. Will definitely return for another visit.

Chaimae stood out for her kindness and professionalism—she truly made my experience unforgettable. The room was spotless and cozy, and the amenities were excellent. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone !

Sheima at the restaurant is the best. Always so attentive, kind and with a smile on her face. The whole staff were constantly making sure that we were very well served, and were willing to assist at any time. Definitely recommendable to anybody who would have dinner with non-moroccan food in Marrakech.

On arrival I was met by Marwa a beautiful lass on reception. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome and the ambience. Mint tea and biscuits were provided while others checked in/out and room being prepared. Access to room immediately after. The room was very nice for the price I got it at, very clean with free safe and fridge. Bed extremely comfortable with nice linen. Plenty of cushions and extra pillows, warm and comfortable with working aircon. There are many flights of stairs but a lift if you need it! good security with always someone on the front desk and room card needed to use the lift. Money exchange is available at receptions and I did get 12 MAD to £1 which was much better than the 8 MAD to £1 at the airport. Don't exchange too much money as you should only take 260 MAD out of the country even if you plan to come back. The food in the restaurant was superb, as good as at Royal Mansour where I also had lunch one day. The Oualidia oysters were delicious....I had them twice over 3 days with absolutely no issue so if you love oysters like me I recommend and I'm from an area in Scotland where seafood is second to none. Juvenile oysters (spat) are shipped in from France and spend 3yrs sitting in a fresh water mineral rich lagoon in Oualidia. Great French cuisine al la carte menu I'm sure to suit all tastes. Breakfast was substantial for me.... As is always the case in Morocco the staff at this hotel are so helpful, caring, fun and respectful, they just can't do enough for you . Special thanks from a solo female traveler to the reception staff Marwa and Anas. Marwa was a gem, great company for me (and I noticed others) during my stay and she was so lovely, thank you!!.....Anas was so helpful with advice, money exchange and taxis, what a handsome polite young man and a credit to his employers. Bear in mind this is in the western side of Marrakesh, however the hotel stills feels traditional, also that people live differently there due to the heat of the day.....it can be very noisy over Fridays and Saturdays to the early hours but when I go on holiday I want to experience the real places and immerse myself in the culture so although there were a few sleepless hours I embraced it!! Also what may seem noisy to me, someone who lives rurally in Scotland, may be normal or expected to others.... I would definitely return and recommend!! LOVE Morocco, LOVE the people!!!
